(Reuters) - A focal point is whether the BOJ board's vote -- assuming it
decides to keep rates on hold -- is unanimous or whether there
will be any dissenters seeking a rate rise.
"It would be a surprise if there are no votes seeking a rate
rise," said Chotaro Morita, interest rate strategist for Deutsche
