Hungary's Government and Central Bank in Talks About Forint's Trading Band

(Bloomberg) -- Hungary's government and the central
bank are in discussions about the forint's trading limits, though
no decision or timetable have been set, the Finance Ministry said.

``The economic debate with the central bank is underway,''
Ferenc Pichler, a spokesman at the ministry, said in an e-mailed
response to Bloomberg's questions today. ``Scrapping the trading
band isn't on the agenda.''
