South Africa's Finance Minister Says Wolfowitz Should Leave World Bank

(Bloomberg) -- World Bank President Paul Wolfowitz has lost the institution's trust and should not remain in his post following an investigation that found he violated conflict-of- interest rules, South African Finance Minister Trevor Manuel said.

``There should be a parting of the ways,'' Manuel said in an interview in Shanghai, where he is attending the annual general meeting of the African Development Bank. ``I think we must live with the decision by the executive board. It's unfortunate but c'est la vie.''
