(Reuters) - Second-quarter funds from operations, or FFO, were $142.9
million, or $1.18 per diluted share, compared with the
company's forecast of FFO of $1.12 or $1.13 per share, the
company said on Tuesday.
During the year-earlier quarter, FFO totaled $129.4
million, or $1.10 per diluted share.
