Commerce Bancorp 2nd-qtr profit falls

(Reuters) - Commerce last month replaced Chief Executive Vernon Hill,
who founded the company 34 years earlier, under pressure from
regulators critical of the bank's business dealings with Hill's
family and other insiders.
