(Reuters) - MBE holding, a joint venture between NYSE Euronext and Borsa
Italiana, owns 60.37 percent of MTS and MTSNext.
Borsa Italiana exercised an option to buy out Euronext's
stake in the Italian business, triggered by the merger between
the NYSE Group's New York Stock Exchange and
pan-European bourse operator Euronext.
