(Reuters) - Calpine estimated its total enterprise value at $19.2
billion to $21.3 billion, with a midpoint of $20.3 billion
assuming it leaves bankruptcy on Dec. 31.
The independent power producer also said it estimated
distributable cash at about $1.4 billion.
