Ardepro Co. (8925 JT): The real estate company raised its
full-year net income forecast 14 percent to 7.48 billion yen
($61.6 million) and sales forecast 11 percent to 83.5 billion yen.
The stock rose 950 yen, or 2.3 percent, to 41,800.
